Even though it spans a vast area, its overall land exposure is minimal when compared to the other continents. It lies on its own tectonic plate, the Zealandia Plate, which further strengthens its case as a distinct continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Eurasia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eurasia is a combined continental landmass comprising both Europe and Asia, two traditionally recognized continents.
